Tabitha knew she was a witch from early on. Although her father lost his magical abilities in a card game with a demon, Tabitha’s father is still sensitive to the supernatural so she contributed to her education in more of an academic way while Tabitha’s paternal Grandmother taught her in more of a hands-on way without the knowledge of Tabitha’s Mother who is unaware of the supernatural in general. At 16, Tabitha’s Grandmother passed away, leaving her to figure out magic primarily on her own. On the day of her high school graduation, Tabitha was accosted by three preppy bullies from her class. While they were used to torturing Tabitha through her high school career, they wanted their final performance to be a banger. They jumped Tabitha in the locker room and tied her to the podium wearing nothing but her underwear and graduation cap and gown (which they left open), finally gagging her with tape before leaving. Thankfully, a group of teachers who were doing sound checks managed to find her before the actual graduation started. She was excused from having to walk, but later got her revenge on the bullies by making their clothes disappear as they walked to receive their diplomas. This action wouldn’t be condoned by her father, but it was certainly understood. Tabitha and her father both agreed that it’d be wiser to practice in her own place. With college nearly around the corner, Tabitha began to look for her own place, finding an old-slightly run-down house near her parents’ house. She capitalized on the cheap rent and move in right before college started, not knowing she’d have a ghostly roommate.
