Synopsis: Budding young witch, Tabitha Gravestone, moves into a new rental property before starting college. It’s a bit of a fixer-upper but it’s super cheap. If only Tabitha had done some research on the house before moving in. Not realizing it to be haunted, the ghostly inhabitant is not too pleased when Tabitha tries to exorcise her. Tabitha ends up bound, gagged, and at the mercy of her new roommate who thinks she needs to unwind a bit…and she’s more than happy to assist.
